1.What services do you offer? 

We specialize in both traditional and non traditional barbecue by adding a hint of smoke to “New Orleans Classic Foods”. We are your full service food caterer for your special events for your home and business. No event is too big or small. We are to provide food for different events such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. 

2. Where can I try your food? 

Poppa C’s is currently an online restaurant that delivers high quality food with currently no brick and mortar locations. We schedule PopUps at different locations. Check out the website event schedule. 

3. Do you only provide Meat Products? 

We offer more than smoked meats. We have vegetarian options and sides to make a complete meal. We want you to be able to relax and let Poppa C’s take care of all your food. We even have desserts that pair very well with our main dishes. 

4. What is your turnaround time for order?

In order to serve that “off our grill to your plate experience” we normally require 3-5 days to complete your food order. If you have a request that requires immediate action please contact us and we will work hard to accommodate your request.

5. Do you take special food requests? 

Don’t see something on our website you are interested in please contact us for your special requests. We are able to provide unique options such as a Smoked Hog, Tomahawk Steak, and much more.
